How does Solvely Unlimited Subscription work?
- From the date of subscription, you get unlimited scans for solving questions, unlimited step explanations, and unlimited AI tutor usage.
- After the expiration of the Solvely Unlimited Subscription, your Gem balance will return to the original.
How does Solvely work?
- Scan—Fit your problem in the box and take a snap, or upload a photo. Solvely will start recognizing the characters. The process is called OCR.
- Solve—With the most advanced AI technology, Solvely then starts computing and forming the process.
- Explain—If you're unclear about a step, tap the button, and Solvely will explain it.
How to cancel subscription?

- You can easily pause a subscription at any time. If the subscription is through Stripe, you can pause it by going to your account page and selecting “Manage“. For subscriptions made through the App Store, pausing is currently not supported.
I have already subscribed. Why isn't my subscription showing?
There are several possible reasons for this issue:- Wrong Account: Ensure you're logged into the correct account by checking the email in your profile. Sync to switch accounts by clicking “Sync mobile account to web” here.
- Payment Issues: Verify if your payment was successful and check for any emails about failed payments. If the payment failed, the subscription information might not display.
