• We do not offer services directed at children under 13 and are committed to COPPA compliance.
• Scope of knowledge: handle any question from STEM, social science, liberal arts to professional learning.

Transparent

We clearly inform the users that they are interacting with an AI system, as well as the capabilities, potential limitations and risks.

• Users maintain the option to verify the output by themselves or with their teachers or tutors.
• We strongly encourage users to independently verify any output generated by our AI tools, as we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or suitability for any particular purpose.
• We work hard to constantly improve the accuracies of questions from different projects.

We develop the AI system to minimize bias. Our product is designed to provide a similar quality service to all groups of users.

• We provide services to all groups of people, regardless of gender, ethnicity, age and other characteristics.
• We cater to learners who previously lacked access to personal tutors or couldn't afford them.
